1. Ownership

Canopy is proprietary software owned and operated by Landscape Images Ltd ("LIL"). All rights reserved.

2. Authorized Use

Access to Canopy is restricted to employees and authorized contractors of Landscape Images Ltd. User accounts are issued by invitation only. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the application solely for legitimate LIL business purposes.
• Keep login credentials confidential and not share accounts.
• Not attempt to access data or features beyond their assigned role.
• Report any security concerns to LIL management immediately.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Canopy integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. LIL does not share QuickBooks data with any party other than Intuit as required for the integration to function.

5. Data and Privacy

All data entered into Canopy is the property of Landscape Images Ltd. For details on how data is collected, used, and protected, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

LIL may revoke access to Canopy at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or termination of employment.

7. Disclaimer

Canopy is provided "as is" for internal business use. LIL makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.
